The "Beacons" Restaurant

At the "Beacons Restaurant" we pride ourselves on offering top quality products, freshly prepared and served in a comfortable ambience where the customer is top priority. 

Most of our fayre is locally produced and provides a regional flavour from the Gower Peninsula. Included in these dishes are welsh lamb, cockles and laverbread, fish landed fresh at Swansea and a number of  other products with local flavour. 

Enhanced by a selection of wines from around the world, this is the ideal venue for small intimate parties or celebrations where  you want to experience the very best in hospitality.
The Beacons  is not restricted to members only, Eveyone is welcome

Cream of carrot and coriander soup
Wild pheasant terrine with an apple and plum chutney with toast
Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and roasted peppers
Goats cheese salad
Melon, grape and orange cocktail with mango coulis

Rib eye or Sirloin steak served with tomatoes, mushrooms and onion rings, topped with either a pepper or Diane sauce
Supreme of chicken in a white wine, bacon and mushroom sauce
Roasted vegetable fettucini with basil pesto   
Grilled fillet of sea bass with new potatoes and a chive butter sauce

On Sunday we run a traditional 3 course lunch menu with coffee.
 Times are  12.30 til 2.30 and usually served in the "Gower suite"
Once again this is popular for family celebrations and a whole range of  gatherings.
£13.50 per person.

We also host Christening parties on a regular basis with options of buffets or lunch
with a private room. The  "Lounge" runs a bar menu where we offer a selection of
meals all day everyday.
